Temporary Touristic Access Permit
The undersigned individuals who voluntarily herein input their data do so under the Próspera General Service Provider’s (“GSP”) authority and, for good and valuable consideration, promise on their own behalf on and on behalf of their minor family members to be governed as a limited eResident by all applicable Próspera ZEDE (“PZ”) rules at prosperazede.hn while within the PZ; to enter Próspera ZEDE exclusively for temporary touristic visitation purposes at their own risk; to hold harmless the Próspera Group from any injury they may sustain in the PZ; and to resolve all disputes governed by the PZ Rules before the PZ Default Arbitration Service Provider. The GSP may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, with each signatory’s obligations hereunder surviving such termination.
